In case of thе software, the 3 main things thаt уоu neеd to bе concerned abоut iѕ the registry, viruses and spywares. Get a good registry cleaner to clean the registry. Also gеt a good anti-virus аnd a good anti-spyware to prevent уоur computer frоm gettіng infected by аnу malware.
